📝 Terms & Condition

  1. Paid subscription entitles users to a one-time 1st month free trial then subsequent months will be payable.
  2. The membership plan is only valid for each calendar month duration and is offered in app as monthly paid or renewable option. Users must enable/disable auto renewal to opt out 3 days before expiry otherwise it will auto renew or lapse otherwise can be repurchased monthly.
  3. A valid paid subscription entitles the JomCharge user to a 10% discount at ONLY authorized chargers co-own operated by EV Connection in JomCharge network EXCLUDING roaming partner chargers & other operators.
  4. If users has multiple active membership plans then must ensure any 1 is selected as default plan before start charging session.
  5. Customers need to install & create user account in JomCharge app first then link a credit card before subscribing to the membership plan.
  6. Upon expiry of membership plan, customers can continue to use JomCharge app on a normal pay per use basis.
  7. Membership can only be subscribed once a month applicable in the user account so it cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, shared, pledged in any manner and no refunds allowed.
  8. This promo cannot be resold on any retail or resale platforms such as but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, Carousell etc on social media sites including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter etc. Reselling will render this promo activation void.
