What’s the difference between a 7kW & 22kW charging station?
7kW variant is a single phase charger while the 22kW is a three phase charger. Both have a maximum operating current of 32A.
Can I use the cable that came with my car on the charging station?
No, the cable that comes with your car is a MODE 2 cable and is meant to be used with a 13A wall socket. The charging station uses a MODE 3 cable which can be purchased in our shop!
Will my car battery overcharge?
No, your battery will not overcharge. The car and charging station has a built-in communication module which stops charging once the car battery is fully charged.
How long does it take for my car to be fully charged?
Every car has a different battery capacity, this determines the charging duration. You can expect an average charging duration of 3 hours from 0% to 100%.
Can I plug-in more than one cable onto the charging station?
No, our charging stations only allow for 1 car to be charged at any given time. Only 1 outlet for plugging in the charging cable is available on each charging station.
What type of payment system is suitable for me?
1. Touch n’ Go – This payment system works by directly debiting the users “Touch n’ Go” card depending on the rate at which you set it.
2. RFID – This payment system allows users who have an RFID card to access the charging station, a monthly fee will be imposed for users to obtain the RFID card which works similar to an access card but for a charging station.
Is it safe to charge my car while it is raining?
Yes, you are able to charge your car safely while it is raining. Our charging station are IP54 rated which means it is weather proof and will allow for a flawless and safe charging experience.
Is there a difference between using a charging station & socket?
Yes, a charging station offers “fast” charging while a socket will charge your vehicle at a much slower pace. Another difference is that the socket has to be inspected and certified by professionals before utilizing it to ensure it can cater for charging.
Is charging my car a cheaper alternative than filling up gas?
Charging your vehicle will certainly help you save on gas, especially if your commute is really close to your home.
Which Courier Company Do You Use?
We will ship your order using various courier companies to ensure your parcels arrive on time.
Can I change my shipping details after I placed my order?
Yes, please contact our customer service through e-mail as soon as possible. We will update it as long as it is not shipped yet.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery charges based on shipping companies.
Can I pick up at your office?
Yes, you may pick up at our office. Please contact our customer service prior collection.

All returns must be in or with their original packaging and you must quote the returns number. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please call us on 03-7887 2912 and we will try to help as best we can. Unfortunately we do not hold any agreement with local couriers so any returns will be at your own expense.
If you receive goods that are damaged please contact us immediately. You will be given a Returns Number and we will arrange for collection. A replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible.
If your order is incomplete, and we have not notified you of this beforehand, contact us immediately explaining what the shortage is. We can then seek to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.
Incorrect item received
If, after receiving the item, you discover that you have ordered incorrectly contact us please contact us immediately. You will be given a Returns Number to return the item to us at your own expense. Once the item has been received by our returns dept. it will be inspected.
So long as the item has been unused and is in its’ original packaging we will then send out a replacement. The cost of returning the item to us and sending out a replacement will be the responsibility of the customer.
If, after inspecting the item, it is found to be defective contact us straight away. You will be given a Returns Number and we will arrange for the item to be collected. Once we have inspected the item and determined that it is defective, we will, in consultation with you, either; repair, replace the item, or provide a full refund for the item.
